{"id":431,"date":"2026-08-05T06:35:26","date_gmt":"2026-08-05T06:35:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/notanotherpetfair.sg\/?page_id=431"},"modified":"2026-09-14T04:53:09","modified_gmt":"2026-09-14T04:53:09","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/notanotherpetfair.sg\/?page_id=431","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>TICKETING<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visitor(s) should receive a Eventbrite Confirmation Email with QR Code(s) upon purchase via Not Another Pet Fair website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By purchasing the tickets online, visitors are deemed to have agreed to the collection of their personal details for the purpose of future Not Another Pet Fair 2026 marketing promotions, unless or otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visitor(s) must present the Confirmation QR Code for entry at the entrance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ADMISSION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Admission is at Singapore EXPO Hall 5B from:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on 19 &#8211; 20 September 2026, Saturday &#8211; Saturday<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One QR Code can be used for both event days entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PET OWNERS&#8217; RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pet owners are required by law to leash their dog(s) in public places.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leashing the dog(s) is part of being a responsible pet owner. You can better control the dog and prevent it from getting lost or from disturbing others unintentionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dog breeds specified in the Second Schedule of the Animals and Birds (Dog Licensing and Control) Rules must be muzzled in public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Second Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Part I:<\/strong> Pit Bull (American Pit Bull Terrier or American Pit Bull or Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog), Akita, Mastiffs (Perro De Presa Canario, Neapolitan Mastiff), Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Boerboel and their crosses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Part II:<\/strong> Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd (Belgian Shepherd, East European Shepherd), Mastiffs (Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Dogue de Bordeaux) and their crosses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dog owners must be responsible and considerate to others by making sure their dogs are not a nuisance e.g. excessive barking, bad behaviour, aggressiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Owners are responsible for and must be able to handle their own pets. Please clean up after your own pet with pee pads and poop bags provided by the Organiser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not Another Pet Fair provides Designated Areas for Pets at the event. Please feel free to make full use of the Pet Toilets specially provided for pets to complete their businesses, be it dog or small animals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By bringing pet(s) to the event venue, owners certify that their pet(s) are clean and healthy. The Organiser will refuse entry for pets infested with ticks, are sick or unwell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry for pets, or remove any pet(s) from the event hall, at its sole discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All visitors fully indemnify the Organiser against all liabilities including but not limited to claims, damages, losses, injuries and\/or death, for whatever reasons, caused by persons and\/or animals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY NOTICE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By entering the Not Another Pet Fair event premises, you consent to interviews, photography, audio recording, video recording and their publication, exhibition, or reproduction for advertising, promotional and other purposes by the Organiser of Not Another Pet Fair, its partners and\/or representatives.
